non-negotiable
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
These terms govern your access to and use of 4SHITA. If you use the service, create an account, post, comment, heart, chat, or otherwise participate here, you agree to these terms.
The short version is simple: be 18+, be honest enough, do not harass people, do not abuse access, and do not turn a low-pressure room into a hostile one.
non-negotiable

conduct
No harassment, stalking, threats, hate, coercion, or sexual pressure.
access
A heart or comment is not permission. Chat remains optional and controlled by the recipient.
The terms
This is a first-pass product-specific terms draft, not a substitute for lawyer review in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use 4SHITA.
You may use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from using it under applicable law.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
You may not create accounts for anyone else without permission, impersonate another person, or use the service in a deceptive way.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully, shame, extort, or target other users.
You may not post or send hate speech, slurs, doxxing, non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
You may not use the service to solicit illegal activity, spam people, scam people, farm engagement, or evade blocks, moderation, or enforcement.
Posts and comments are public within the service as designed. Hearts indicate interest, not consent, obligation, or access.
Private chat opens only through product flows that give the receiving user control over whether to engage.
You may not use public features or private chat to pressure, manipulate, repeatedly pursue, or bypass another user’s boundaries.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or these terms.
We may remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.
We may investigate misuse of the service and may suspend, restrict, hide, or terminate accounts or content at our discretion to protect users, the service, or third parties.
We may also preserve, review, or disclose information where we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these terms, respond to safety concerns, or protect rights and property.
Trying to evade enforcement, including by making replacement accounts, is itself a violation.
If the service uses location, it does so to support product features such as nearby ordering or general area display.
You agree not to misuse location information, attempt to infer another user’s exact whereabouts, or use service data to monitor, track, or endanger anyone.
Our privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, successful matches, user honesty, or user compatibility.
We do not conduct background checks unless we explicitly say we do, and you remain responsible for your own judgment and safety in all online and offline interactions.
The service is not an emergency service and should not be used to seek urgent assistance.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or harmed the service or its users.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable way. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
One practical note
Jurisdiction, consumer law, privacy law, and dispute-resolution choices can change what the final production version should say.
still true
No harassment. No coercion. No pretending product boundaries are optional.
